Camera works great its real steady use it for riding dirt bikes super easy to turn on while riding. Durable also, crashed 3rd gear onto helmet it fell off and still works great. Stock SD card too small, got a 8GB and works good.

Contour HD 1080p Helmet Camera is a product that I wanted for a long time. I receveid a great price for the item, but unfortunately the Camera did not power-up when I received it. The product was definately in new condition, so I called Contour directly. I read a few blogs about the product and realized it was most likely a dead battery. Contour sent me a new battery, no questions asked and the camer works great!!! I wiould suggest buying the lens filters for real sunny days.

I use this camera mounted on my kayak helmet. Great quality video with easy to use on/off and record switches even when installed in a waterproof housing. I do not like the 15 minute inactivity auto shutdown. We sometime paddle more than 15 minutes of flatwater before I am ready to turn on the record switcvh for the next rapid. Other than that small inconvenience, I am very pleased with this camera.

Bought this so I can make paintball videos and it works great!!! I mounted it to my Dye I3s an the goggle strap works wonders. Its a steal for this price!!! The only problem is the audio. There is a sticker covering the mic but you can peel it off for better sound.
As you can see, reviews of the ContourHD 1080p are nearly perfect across the spectrum. Owners seem to validate its ease of use, awesome picture and sound quality, and its overall ruggedness. But don’t just take my word for it, ask someone who has one, or do your own research and see what others are saying.
Chances are you’ve already come to understand the reputation this camera has and that’s how you found this site. When it comes to wearable helmet cameras, there simply isn’t any better at this price point.
